1. Where is BeautyFix MedSpa located?
We've three locations in New York City, one in Westchester county, one in West Hartford, Connecticut and one in Brickell, Miami.
2. Do you offer complimentary virtual or in-person consultation?
Yes! We offer virtual consultations for your convenience, but nothing beats an in-person consult for a full, head-to-toe skin and body evaluation. We use our unique Aesthetic Algorithm to assess your needs and give you the perfect plan!
3. What steps do I need to take before my consultation?
Simply send us clear photos of your concerns (and your dream look if you have one!). We'll create a treatment plan based on your unique beauty needs and our expert recommendations. It can be anywhere from a tweak, a fix, or a transformation.
4. What steps do I need to take before my appointment?
Step 1: Fill out and complete the New Patient Paperwork form and corresponding consent forms prior to your appointment, otherwise please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment start time to complete any consents required.
Step 2: Share your pictures on RX Photo, a HIPPA compliant platform
Step 3: Confirm your appointment
Step 4: Read the specific details related to the treatment to avoid any disruptions during your treatment.
5. What to wear during the treatment?
Dress comfortably. Some treatments need you to change into a disposable cloth, which will be provided by your aesthetician.
6. What's the cancellation policy?
Let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule, or a $100 fee may apply.
7. How do I tip the providers?
Gratuity is at the sole discretion of the patient. You can leave your gratuity either in a cash envelope or it can be added to your ticket at checkout and paid via credit card.
8. What do you need to tell your provider before the treatment?
Be sure to let us know if you're taking medications like pain relievers, blood thinners, or if you have any allergies. It helps us ensure your safety.
9. How do I book an appointment after purchasing the treatment online?
Once you've purchased, simply call or email us with your Order ID to book your consultation and appointment. You can also schedule anytime using our online booking tool.
10. Are all the treatments available at all locations?
While most of our treatments are available at all locations, it's best to confirm. Contact us or check the treatment description for more details!
