1- Get nutrients that support your health Diet is SO key to good living, and at Primal Queen we swear by the many whole foods and delicious meats we can eat that are nutrient dense AND full of healthy fats and protein. 2- Lower cortisol through activity We can't control everything in our lives, but we can try and mitigate stress. This can be as easy as 5 to 10 minutes of meditation or breathing each day, light yoga practice, or even just walks in nature.

3- Get enough sleep Sleep is like the dishwasher for your brain. If you don't get enough, your body and brain don't get a chance to clean themselves and set you up for a great day. I know everyone's different, but aim for 7-9 hours each night… and stay consistent!! 4- Exercise regularly We could do a whole email about this (and we have in the past, and will do again in the future!) but just try to get your heart rate up and sweat a little for at least 20 minutes each day.
