This broth keeps gals radiant & rejuvenated ✨

Hey Queen! 👸

You know what I've been CRAVING lately?

(Apart from the killer booty I've been workin on 🍑)

BEEF BROTH 🤤

It's not only insanely tasty on its own, AND works as a base for other recipes…

But it's also one of the most nutrient-dense foods on the PLANET.

(Used in ailment remedies and herbal medicines for centuries 😮)

And sure, you can go down to the store and grab it off the shelf…

But it's hard to beat the freshness and vitamin content of home made beef broth..

(Not to mention, you can make a HUGE batch and store it for MONTHS)

Want to make your own Beef Broth?

I've got you covered! But give yourself an hour for all the shopping and prep work!

What You'll Need…

  • 2-3 pounds of grass-fed beef bones
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 2 carrots, scrubbed and roughly chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, roughly chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, smashed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon whole peppercorns

How To Make Your Broth

  1. Rinse bones under cold water to remove any blood & debris
  2. Spread & roast on a baking sheet at 400°F until well browned (30-40 minutes)
  3. Combine ALL ingredients in a crockpot and cover with water
  4. Bring water to a boil over, then reduce heat to low to maintain a simmer.
  5. Skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
  6. Simmer uncovered for at least 4 hours, but ideally up to 8 hours or overnight for maximum nutrients and collagen content.
  7. Once ready, strain the broth through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean container to remove solids.
  8. Taste the broth and add salt to taste.
  9. Let broth cool before storing in airtight containers.
(Refrigerates for up to 5 days, or freeze it for longer storage.)

Feeling a lil' too lazy for all that?

You can get ALL the nutrients & benefits of beef broth and MUCH MUCH MORE…

In a single "almost magic" supplement 😉

Know what I'm talking about already?

Happy Friday, Queen 😘
