3 Minute Warm-Up π Cat-Cow Pose (1 minute) Start on all fours. Inhale, arch your back (Cow). Exhale, round your back (Cat). π Child's Pose (1 minute) Kneel, sit back on your heels, stretch arms forward, forehead to the mat. π Downward Dog (1 minute) Hands and feet on the mat, hips up. Form an inverted V-shape. Pedal feet. | | 3 Minute Warm-Up π Cat-Cow Pose (1 minute) Start on all fours. Inhale, arch your back (Cow). Hold for a minute each side. π Triangle Pose (2 minutes) From Warrior II, straighten front leg, reach forward, lower hand to shin, and lift the other arm. Hold for a minute each side. π Chair Pose (1 minute) Stand, feet together. Bend knees, sit back like in a chair. Arms up, hold. π Cobra Pose (1 minute) Lie on your stomach. Hands under shoulders, press up, lifting your chest. π Seated Forward Bend (1 minute) Sit with legs straight. Reach forward, trying to touch your toes.
