HELP SAVE KRATOM IN IDAHO
We Need To Take Immediate Action KCPA NEEDS TO PASS TO KEEP KRATOM LEGAL IN IDAHO | | We're sending this message to some of our most engaged advocates (regardless of location) because Idaho Kratom consumers need your help right now. There is a serious ban threat making way in Idaho, and we need all Kratom advocates to call and email Idaho lawmakers. This is a pivotal moment for Kratom in Idaho. Ask them to SUPPORT the Idaho Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA). Right now, we are anticipating an official hearing for the Idaho KCPA this Tuesday. If it doesn't pass, HB 864 (Kratom Ban Bill) will be reviewed again on March 25, 2026 and likely pass. The reality is simple: without the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA), lawmakers are guaranteed to move toward a full ban by classifying Kratom as a Schedule I substance. The KCPA is our opportunity to protect access through responsible regulation. Either the KCPA passes, or Kratom is banned in Idaho. Kratom consumers have the power to influence a positive outcome. This isn't just about one state. If a ban is enacted, the ripple effects will be felt nationwide. For us at Happy Hippo, it would be devastating. A Kratom ban in Idaho would force us out of business by June 30, 2026. This means losing a company, a community, and the ability to continue serving thousands of customers who rely on us. We cannot afford to be silent right now.
