Rhode Island Ban REVERSED!

Rhode Island's Governor has officially signed the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA), reversing the state's criminalization law.

This marks the first time in U.S. history that a state has reversed a Kratom ban!

Recent Regulatory Actions on 7-OH

Florida has passed an emergency rule to classify this compound as a Schedule I controlled substance.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has also issued warnings against 7-OH products.
