As you know, on September 14, 2023, our Shopify ecommerce network environment was targeted by a sophisticated organization which is impacting orders and refunds associated with orders. At this time, there is no evidence that customer financial information was compromised.  While this attack has been devastating for our small business and our Will Leather Goods team, we remain committed to servicing our important customers and getting our website back up as quickly as possible.  Our stores remain open for business and we encourage all customers to come visit us at our Eugene and Portland, Oregon and Ft. Worth, Texas locations.  Customers can also place orders over the phone at 877-467-0436.   Since becoming aware of this event, we have been working tirelessly with third-party security specialists to identify the nature and scope of this incident. Our investigation is ongoing at this time.  We can confirm our computer environment is secure. It has come to our attention that the organization responsible for this event is contacting certain customers. Should you receive such a communication, we ask that you do not engage with the individual and attach the communication to an email and send to fraud@willleathergoods.com.
