A full refund includes a refund of the cost of shipping and handling. Opened products sold directly by Gains in Bulk can be returned to us within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Unopened products sold directly by Gains in Bulk can be returned to us within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Unopened products sold directly by Gains in Bulk can be returned to us within 6 months of the purchase date for a 50% refund. After 6 months from the purchase date, no refunds of any kind will be issued. The customer must provide the corresponding order number on which the returned product was purchased. Items must be returned (shipped date) within the allotted time of the original purchase in order to receive the said refund. |
