Ever since I started taking Primal Queen, my periods aren't NEARLY as brutal as they used to be… But BEFORE I realized I could ease my flow and pains with organ meats… I sunk YEARS into perfecting the best self-care routine so that my worst days were a little more manageable. | | Ever since I started taking Primal Queen, my periods aren't NEARLY as brutal as they used to be… But BEFORE I realized I could ease my flow and pains with organ meats… I sunk YEARS into perfecting the best self-care routine so that my worst days were a little more manageable. |

|
Hot Tea π΅ Start your morning with something like chamomile or ginger to promote calmness for your mind AND your cramps.
Light Breakfast π₯ Give your body what it craves, but try to opt for something that's easy on your digestion in the morning. My go-to is yogurt, berries and peanut butter.

π§♀️ Afternoon π§♀️ | | Gentle Exercise π️ Get the body moving with something light like yoga or even a nice walk in the park to ease tension, and reduce cramps. Iron-Rich Meal π₯© This one is super important because we lose iron from our monthly bleeding. Think things like eggs, seafood, or beef.
Hydrate π₯ Enjoy another cup of tea, coconut water, or some normal water with lemon or cucumber for extra flavor to help yourself feel fresh and reduce bloating, too.
Power Nap π️ Feeling sleepy? Indulge in a 20-30 minute nap. It'll help you recharge and stay a little more fresh without disrupting your night's sleep.

| | Warm bath with Epsom salts π My favorite part of the routine. It'll help relax your muscles, soothe your cramps, and unwind your mind. Bonus tip: put on some super calming yoga music and light a candle.
Read or Watch Something Light π Try not to stimulate yourself too much before bed. Go for some light reading or watch an easy show. If you need a suggestion… I'm LOVING Kim's Convenience on Netflix.
Stretch and Breathe π§♀️ Before you finally tuck into bed, do some light stretching, and a little 2-5 minute breathing routine. If you're short on ideas, Even just counting each Inhale/Exhale until 50 is a good way to go.
