Hot Tea 🍵 Start your morning with something like chamomile or ginger to promote calmness for your mind AND your cramps.
Light Breakfast 🥞 Give your body what it craves, but try to opt for something that's easy on your digestion in the morning. My go-to is yogurt, berries and peanut butter.
