If you're new to juicing, or just need some simple ones this week, I have 4 perfect juice recipes for that. When I first started juicing, I remember making a juice with 7 random ingredients in it, and it was gross. I recommend you start with simple recipes that only include a few ingredients. In fact, I still stick to simple recipes to this day. I just think its better to rotate produce in my life, and I find the juices settle better in my stomach. My suggestions:
➡️ Orange, lemon & ginger juice (only a little ginger!) 3 oranges, 1 lemon & 1/2 inch ginger root ➡️ Pineapple, beet & lemon juice 1/2 pineapple, 1 beet, 1 lemon ➡️ Carrot & apple juice 6 carrots, 1 apple (optional: add 1 lemon) ➡️ Cantaloupe, lime & mint juice 1 cantaloupe, 1 lime, a few sprigs of fresh mint
After you've done one or two of these, try a gentle green juice, with celery, lemon, apple & spinach. Love + Juice, | | | | |
