| | March 22, 2026 | | | | | | | | | Good morning! Last weekend, I cleaned out my entire fridge. That's right, I took everything out, threw away the expired condiments and freezer-burned veggies (I don't know that bag of broccoli was shoved so far back…), and wiped everything down. This refresh felt so good.

Why this might be happening: - Bones are constantly remodeling, which requires nutrients like calcium, magnesium, potassium, protein, and vitamin K.
- More processed diets tend to be calorie-dense but nutrient-poor and crowd out room for whole foods.
- They're also often higher in sodium, refined carbs, and additives, which may indirectly impact bone health over time.
What does this mean? You don't have to cut out convenience foods entirely, but following a whole-foods diet is going to be best for your bones and overall health.

For me, that looks like enjoying a fun breakfast (pancakes, anyone?), making an easy dinner (with leftovers for Monday, of course), and getting cozy for bed earlier than usual (complete with a sleep-promoting drink). Doing these things helps Sunday truly feel like a rest day while still prepping for the week ahead sans stress. | | | | | | Spring clean your kitchen | | | | Your kitchen is ready for some spring cleaning!
