January 31st, 2023: you're telling yourself that you'll do it for real this time, that this is it, that you've run out of excuses.
But life happened, and you found some pretty compelling excuses. You skipped a day… then two…
Before you know it, 2024 is no longer the one… you've already convinced yourself that 2025 is when it ACTUALLY gets real. After all, "2025" just looks way cooler.
So you subconsciously give up on 2024, and nothing happens.
Let's be real: There will ALWAYS be more excuses.
You need to acknowledge the excuses, accept them, and keep trying.
The second you realize that it will never be perfect, that all you can do is keep trying...
All you can do is succeed.
