Hi there,
Andy here, founder of Sartoro.
Reaching out with a time-sensitive update about our production facilities. Vietnam, where our production facilities are located, experienced unprecedented flooding the past few days - the worst in over 60 years. Our factory is not even in a flood zone and we had 8" of water covering the ground floor.
Our team is safe, which is the most important thing. And we were able to get the fabric stock up to a higher floor. However, the facility is expected to be offline for approximately 2-4 days as we work to clean up the mess, repair damaged machinery and restore operations. Thousands in damages, but we will get through it.
What this means:
- If you've recently placed an order, you may experience a delay of 2-4 days, but we are working to minimize this
- New orders placed today onwards should be on track with minimal delays
- New orders placed today onwards should be on track with minimal delays
We're doing everything possible to minimize the impact while ensuring our team's safety. We appreciate your understanding and support during this difficult time.
If you have urgent questions about a recent order, or have a set date you need to receive your garments by, please reply directly to this email, and I'll personally make sure someone from our team addresses your situation as quickly as possible.
Kind regards,
Andy
