That time I was on Shark Tank and my pal Tony was my butler. Thanks Tony. | | HOME GAME Volume 1, Issue 1 Hey there, Exciting news, you're now reading the inaugural issue of Home Game - a monthly newsletter from DudeRobe. No spam. No constant sales pitches. Just the stuff worth reading when you're chillin on the couch. Here's what you'll find below: - Why February is the real test month
- The habits I'm locking in right now
- How to sharpen something at home instead of drifting
- A simple Home Game upgrade from one of you
- What I'm reading + watching
- A quick debate (because we need answers)
Let's dive in. | | ❄️ February Is About Consistency January is loud. February is honest. You don't need five habits. You need a few that actually stick. Here's what I'm focused on: • Lift 3x a week. Non-negotiable. • Read at least one book this month. (10–20 pages a night gets you there.) • Play pickleball 3x a week — movement + friends = sanity. • Two nights a week at home. No plans. Just recharge. • Get to bed at a consistent time during the week. (Work in progress.) Nothing dramatic. Just stacking small wins. Shot of me last week practicing my form in the kitchen. | | 🔧 Sharpen Something at Home Winter forces you inside. You can scroll… Or you can sharpen something. Strength. Sleep. Cooking. Reading. An old hobby you've ignored. Home isn't just where you shut down. It's where you build quietly. That edge compounds. | | 🏆 Home Game Hero Shoutout to Kristy's Dude in Indiana. The cold snap finally pushed him to claim a corner of his basement as his space. A recliner. A lamp. A furry best friend. Nothing Pinterest-worthy. But now he reads there instead of defaulting to the couch every night. Simple upgrade. Big shift. That's the game. Not aesthetics. Intention. If you've made a small upgrade at home that changed your routine, hit reply. I want to hear about it.

I've read it before and came back to it. The line that sticks: You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. February is systems month. One book a month is 12 a year. That adds up fast. If you've got one I should read next, send it. | | 📺 What I'm Watching When it's freezing and dark by dinner:
Landman: Big personalities. Big stakes. Easy to get hooked. His & Hers: Smart, tense, and surprisingly addictive. Both solid solo. Both good with your wife. Win-win. | | 🧠 Settle This When you walk in the door: Shoes off first or Change clothes immediately? And be honest… Is your February discipline right now: Locked in? or Negotiating daily? No judgment. Just curious. Hit reply and let me know. I read every email.
Why This Exists Home Game is a monthly newsletter from DudeRobe. Because what happens at home isn't secondary. Out there, you compete. In here, you recover. Sharpen up. Get consistent. Build momentum quietly. That's the edge. Stay warm, Howie Founder & Dude-in-Chief, DudeRobe P.S. - If this cold forced you to upgrade something at home — even something small — I'd love to hear it.
