This is not a self-study program. Over 20 weeks, you will: - Attend live sessions twice a week with faculty and fellow students
- Practice coaching with real clients and receive individualized feedback from board-certified coaches
- Build competency across nutrition, sleep, stress, behavior change, and lifestyle medicine
- Develop the business skills to attract clients and build a sustainable practice from day one
