I'm filled with gratitude as I write this to you, reflecting on our journey at Lush Decor Home and the exciting new chapter we're embarking upon. It all started in 2008 during the financial crisis. With my one-year-old son by my side and on the verge of single motherhood, I founded Lush Decor Home, planting the seeds of hope and resilience. Thanks to your unwavering support, we've grown beyond our wildest dreams. Our mission to inspire and empower through beautifully designed home products remains at the heart of everything we do. Joining forces with a leading private equity firm was a transformative move for us. This partnership has broadened our horizons, allowing us to reach more homes and touch more lives with our inspiring designs. The addition of Paola Peretti as our CEO marks a significant milestone. Paola's vision and expertise are instrumental as we grow Lush Décor both here in the U.S. and internationally. In her words, "The future is now."
